How long does it take to start services?
Onboarding is designed to be efficient and straightforward. In most cases, services can begin immediately after onboarding is completed, and in some cases same-day project starts are possible depending on scheduling and project scope.
What locations do you service?
DL Collective is based in Winter Park, Florida, and currently serves businesses throughout Florida as well as national clients across the United States. We regularly travel for onsite content production, photography, videography, and marketing engagements when needed.
We work with a wide range of businesses including service-based companies, retail brands, hospitality, real estate, professional services, and growing startups. Most clients partner with us when they need consistent content, stronger branding, or ongoing marketing execution.
What types of businesses do you work with?

Yes. DL Collective maintains General Liability Insurance coverage, and Workers’ Compensation coverage where required for our company, employees, and contractors.
If your business or property requires proof of insurance, a Certificate of Insurance (COI) can be provided upon request prior to or at the time of onsite services.
Insurance, Compliance & Documentation
Do you carry General Liability Insurance and Workers’ Compensation insurance?
Yes. DL Collective carries drone liability insurance for commercial drone operations. Our drone pilots operate under an FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate for commercial flight operations.
If requested, clients may receive:
A COI specific to drone operations
Proof of FAA Part 107 certification
before any commercial drone flights conducted on your property.
Do you have drone insurance and an FAA Part 107 license?
Yes. A W-9 can be provided upon request. Businesses commonly request a W-9 for:
Vendor onboarding or accounting records
Issuing a Form 1099-NEC when applicable
Payment processing requirements
Corporate compliance or bookkeeping documentation
If your accounting department requires this, simply request it during onboarding or prior to payment.
